The film looks at the innovative approach the Trust takes to training and developing staff at all levels. In particular it focuses on the development of an e-learning package to aid the induction of junior doctors, the accreditation of the Trust's training department to carry out and assess NVQs in house and the introduction of a year-long programme for ward managers designed to impact positively on the ward while also benefiting the individual.
